Conversational English

Our Conversational English program provides a great opportunity for you to converse with native English speakers in a relaxed setting. Classes focus on topics that help students enjoy and get more out of their experience in Canada while learning in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

What We Do

Classes begin each week with an opening activity that introduces the topic for the day's lesson. The lessons focus on subjects that help students enjoy and get more out of their experience in Canada.

Some of the lessons focus on Canadian Holidays such as Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, and Valentine's Day. Others examine Canadian sports such as football and hockey. Every year we do a class on cooking and job interviews.

Once the opening activity has concluded, we separate into smaller groups for the remainder of the morning. This provides an opportunity to focus on the lesson with more personalized instruction.

We also have a few social activities throughout the year such as picnics and barbecues in the summer. In the winter we generally have a Christmas Banquet.
